Job summary

Nasstar is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Capability Lead for Azure to join on a remote, UK-wide basis. You will be the senior, hands-on Azure architect for our most complex client engagements, personally leading design, build and delivery work while remaining substantially billable.

Beyond delivery, you will own the Azure capability—defining technical standards, supporting presales, and growing the wider Azure team.

Qualifications

Proven senior technical authority on Azure engagements.
Current Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent).
Experience in presales, solutioning and SOW contributions.
Hands-on delivery focus; able to lead design, build and delivery.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Personally lead design, build and delivery on our most complex Azure engagements, providing senior technical leadership within engagement teams.
Define Azure technical standards, security baselines and QA on implemented solutions.
Provide presales input, scoping and estimation for Azure opportunities and tender responses.
Maintain and grow the Azure capability’s standards, skills and reputation within Colibri and the broader partner ecosystem.
Mentor and contribute to recruitment and growth of the Azure team, while staying hands-on.
Maintain technical authority without routine people-management duties.
