Set2Recruit is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for a remote role covering London and surrounding areas. You will manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including server, network, Azure, security services and application deployments, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will handle 5-8 active projects, participate in pre-sales scoping, and support technical reviews, CAB processes, and knowledge sharing within the team; travel to client sites in/around

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider delivering enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, cloud and security solutions to a wide range of business clients. With a strong technical team and a reputation for excellent client service, they are now looking to add an experienced Professional Services Consultant to their delivery team.

The Role

This is a remote, hands‑on technical delivery role at the heart of the Professional Services team. Your primary focus will be end‑to‑end project delivery and implementation — taking technical projects from kick‑off through to completion and handover across server infrastructure, networking, Azure, security services, and application deployments.

You will typically manage between 5-8 active projects concurrently, coordinating internal technical resources and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track and on time. Alongside the core delivery focus, you will also be involved in pre‑sales activity — joining scoping meetings and producing Technical Request Documents — but the primary emphasis of the role is technical delivery and project management. Solution design and architecture is handled by the Technical Architects.

You will work closely with the Technical Director, Account Management, and Sales teams, and play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting the wider technical team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a personal workload of 5-8 concurrent projects, owning delivery from kick‑off through to client handover across server, network, Azure, security, and application environments.


• Coordinating internal technical resources across projects to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery within agreed scope and budget.


• Supporting pre‑sales activity alongside the Sales and Account Management teams — attending scoping meetings and contributing to Technical Request Documents (TRDs) to help align solutions to the product stack and client requirements.


• Acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues passed up from the Service Desk and Technical Services teams.


• Arranging and leading client technical reviews, identifying recurring issues and implementing remediation plans.


• Participating in the Change Approval Board, reviewing and validating CAB requests for internal and customer‑facing changes.


• Mentoring and supporting junior technical team members, sharing knowledge and best practice across the team.


• Contributing to internal process improvement and keeping up to date with emerging technologies relevant to the product stack.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of technical project delivery and implementation experience, ideally within an MSP environment.


• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects — comfortable holding 5-8 active projects without letting things slip.


• Strong hands‑on technical skills across Azure, Intune, and the full Microsoft 365 suite.


• Experience with network infrastructure — HP/Aruba Central experience is advantageous.


• Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to clients and managing expectations with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.


• Highly organised and self‑sufficient — able to take ownership of delivery from start to finish with minimal handholding.


• Full UK driving licence required

The Package

• Up to £57,000 DOE experience.


• Remote role with some travel to customer sites in and around London
