Job summary

Seeking a driven Business Development Manager to win new business across the UK pharmaceutical packaging market. This is a hunter role with roughly 70% new business and 30% account growth, home-based with UK client-facing duties.

You will prospect, build relationships with pharma manufacturers, CDMOs and healthcare organisations, and manage a strong pipeline to close contracts. Regular travel across the North UK is expected, with a proven pharma packaging background highly valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B sales and business development experience.
• Experience within pharmaceutical packaging, print, labels, cartons, leaflets or regulated products/services is highly desired.
• Proven track record of winning new pharmaceutical customers.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and win new business across the UK pharmaceutical market.
• Build senior relationships with decision-makers across Procurement, Packaging, Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial.
• Grow existing accounts while expanding share of wallet and protecting revenue.
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends and upcoming projects in UK pharma packaging.
