This remote role with regular travel across the UK collaborates with regional teams to design value-led packaging solutions and win high-value accounts, handing them over to Strategic Account Managers when appropriate.

The role requires a proven hunter with strong financial acumen, excellent English communication, and the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B development with hunter mentality.
• Deep Automotive ecosystem knowledge and supply chains.
• Ability to navigate multi-level matrix organizations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and target delivery skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead long- and mid-term market segment strategies for UK&I Automotive.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value target accounts.
• Coordinate pitches with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Design.
• Act as senior client contact, leading stakeholder workshops.
• Coordinate tender responses and post-award handovers.
• Own performance metrics, forecasting, and budgeting.
