CRA Consulting is recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Team Leader for an established legal business offering fully remote working.

You will lead a team handling mostly RTA claims and provide technical supervision, coaching, and performance management from home. A qualified solicitor or CILEX with Higher Practice Rights is required to guide strategy, deadlines, and client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with Higher Practice Rights.
• Proven record handling personal injury claims (£5k–£50k).
• Experience supervising and coaching colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on RTA claims and strategy.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and file progression.
• Conduct one-to-ones, reviews and development discussions.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance.
• Use management information to drive improvements.
