Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is seeking an RTA Team Leader for a Legal 500 law firm in Leeds. You will lead and develop a team handling Road Traffic Accident claims, ensuring excellent client outcomes and compliance with internal KPIs.

The role offers flexible hours and remote working options, with salary negotiable depending on experience. Strong RTA knowledge and leadership experience are essential for success in this expanding Personal Injury department.

Formación

• Proven RTA claims handling experience including litigation.
• Strong knowledge of relevant protocols, legislation and claims processes.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of RTA fee earners to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance through reviews, coaching, and feedback.
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and to KPIs/SLAs.
• Provide technical guidance on RTA cases, including liability and quantum.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on client service.
• Analyse MI and performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Handle escalated or complex cases as required.
