G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of RTA, EL, PL & OL claimant cases. The role offers a hybrid or fully remote working model within a supportive culture, making it ideal for a solicitor looking to advance their career.

You will manage your own caseload of intermediate track PI claims and assist on high value catastrophic multitrack claims, ranging from £500k upwards.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE.
• Proven track record running Personal Injury claims.
• Strong technical and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Run your own caseload of intermediate track Personal Injury claims.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other key court documents.
• Instruct experts and counsel.
• Prepare matters for trial and attending hearings.
• Negotiate settlements.
