CRA Consulting is currently recruiting for an established and growing Personal Injury team looking to appoint an experienced RTA Fee Earner on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Personal Injury professional who is comfortable managing their own caseload and wants the flexibility of working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and expanding team.
You will handle a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, covering both pre- and post-litigation matters, including non-portal claims, disputed liability and motorcycle claims.
The successful candidate will have genuine ownership of their files, managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement and, where required, litigation.
You will manage your own caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury and RTA claims, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive a consistently high standard of service.

We're looking for an experienced RTA / Personal Injury Fee Earner who is confident managing their own caseload and can work effectively with minimal supervision.
Ideally, you will have:
A Solicitor or CILEX practitioner with relevant practising rights would be advantageous, although experienced Fee Earners without these qualifications will also be considered.
