Job summary

CRA Consulting is seeking an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner for Personal Injury (RTA) with a fully remote setup. You will manage your own RTA caseload from instruction to conclusion, including liability disputes and motorbike claims.

Office attendance is required only four times a year, offering significant flexibility for a Bristol-based role. The role emphasizes non-portal or disputed liability claims, medical evidence review, drafting court documents, and effective client and insurer

Qualifications

• Experience handling own RTA Personal Injury claims.
• Understanding of litigation process, liability and quantum assessment.
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
• Experience with non-portal or disputed liability claims is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run your own RTA caseload from instruction to conclusion.
• Handle complex liability disputes and motorcycle-related claims.
• Review medical evidence and assess appropriate compensation.
• Prepare schedules of special damages and draft court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and identify cases that require litigation.
• Manage CPR deadlines, directions and disclosure; maintain client communication.
