Zusammenfassung

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organised Patient Safety Administrator to join the Patient Safety Team and support governance, quality improvement and incident investigations.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain databases and reports, support the CQAT/QAT programme and help deliver safety initiatives across the Trust, while working in a flexible hybrid arrangement with on-site induction at Wonford.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing administrative support in a healthcare or similar setting.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and report preparation.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate meetings and events for the Patient Safety Team.
• Produce reports and documentation, maintain databases and systems.
• Support investigations and deliver quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the QA/QAT programme and distribute dashboard outputs to stakeholders.
