Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Patient Safety Team, coordinating meetings, producing reports, maintaining databases and supporting investigations. The role also supports the QAT programme, manages CQAT inboxes, and shares dashboard outputs with stakeholders.

• Excellent coordination, communication and multi-priority management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate meetings and events for the Patient Safety Team.
• Produce reports and documentation, maintain databases and systems.
• Support investigations and contribute to safety improvement programmes.
• Manage the CQAT inbox and coordinate QAT schedules.
• Prepare information packs for new assessments and upload survey outputs to BI tools.
• Distribute QAT dashboard results to stakeholders.
