Qualifications

• Experience in quality governance or patient safety roles is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of patient safety, quality improvement, and governance activities across the Division.
• Coordinate and support investigations of clinical incidents, ensuring learning is identified and shared.
• Monitor and maintain divisional risk registers and support the escalation and management of identified risks.
• Analyse and report on quality indicators including incidents, complaints, audits, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain quality governance dashboards, reports, and data collection systems.
• Provide expert advice and support to clinical teams on patient safety, risk management, and quality improvement.
• Facilitate governance meetings and support the Divisional Senior Team with reports, action plans, and monitoring progress.
• Support compliance with national standards, regulatory requirements, and external inspections.
• Build strong working relationships with clinical, managerial, and governance teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
