BPAS is seeking a Patient Safety Lead to work from home with travel across the Midlands. The role is a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave, 36 hours per week, Tue–Fri with standard hours and occasional travel.

You will lead on embedding the Safety Strategy, support incident responses, and help develop a national safety program. A professional nursing/ODP qualification and strong governance experience are essential.

• Significant experience in patient safety or clinical governance within healthcare.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
