Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Risk Administrator to support the Risk Management Team within the Patient Safety Directorate. The role covers incident reporting, investigations, patient safety reviews, Duty of Candour, and Datix database maintenance.

As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure data quality standards are met to support safe, well-governed services across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience with incident reporting and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Risk Management Team, including handling enquiries and triaging inboxes.
• Maintain accurate incident and risk-related data on Datix and support data quality processes.
• Assist with meeting administration, including agendas, minutes and document distribution.
• Produce and share Datix reports and support user access and basic system queries.
• Support the administration of Patient Safety Incident Investigations and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation in line with Trust Records Management Policy.
• Prioritise own workload and contribute to efficient risk management processes across the team.
