Oak National Academy is seeking an experienced Interim Partnerships Manager (Ecosystem) to drive growth by expanding adoption of our open data and content tools across edtechs, AI and infrastructure providers. This remote role includes occasional travel within the UK and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a sales pipeline with edtech companies and/or infrastructure providers.
• Experience leading structured conversations with decision-makers to conversion in a business or product context.
• Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline.
• Practical understanding of technical integration processes, particularly using APIs and open data.
• Motivated by long-term ecosystem growth and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement of lead nurture processes, including events, networks, referrals and targeted outreach, aligned to the go-to-market strategy.
• Run structured first conversations, assess readiness, tier opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records within an active partnerships pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with edtech and infrastructure providers to develop Oak champions, and organise in-person and online community events.
• As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation.
• Work in cross-functional and product-oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required.
• Deputise for the Partnerships Lead and take on other general responsibilities as required.
