Dupen Ltd. is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to support our UK workforce. You will provide practical HR guidance to managers and staff, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and help manage employee relations and policy updates.

The role reports to the HR Business Partner and offers hybrid working with remote flexibility and critical in-office presence for training and meetings. Prior CIPD or broad HR generalist experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD qualified, ideally Level 5, or working towards it; alternatively, at least five years' HR experience.
• At least two to three years' experience in a broad-based 'generalist' HR capacity (recruitment, employee relations, contracts and policy management).
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Organised, approachable and confident handling confidential matters.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-changing environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Support employee relations, performance management and (once settled into the role) disciplinary processes.
• Prepare contracts and manage contractual changes, leave and leaver documentation.
• Maintain HR records, systems, policies, compliance and reporting.
• Support employee engagement, training and wider HR projects.
