Job summary

WorkNest is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support clients across sectors with practical, business-focused HR guidance. You’ll advise on disciplinary and absence matters, help with restructures and TUPE, and translate complex employment legislation into clear advice.

You’ll draft employment documents and policies, collaborate with HR Consultants, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering timely support.

Qualifications

• Experience providing business-focused HR advice to managers.
• Ability to translate employment legislation into practical guidance.
• Experience drafting employment documents and handbooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice by telephone and email to clients.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, restructures, redundancy and TUPE.
• Draft and review offer letters, written statements, and policies.
• Support HR Consultants and client teams as needed.
