Zusammenfassung

Sierra 57 Consult Ltd seeks a part-time HR Advisor to support a UK-based workforce of around 25 employees. The role centers on employee relations, HR processes, and UK employment legislation, with responsibility for day-to-day HR activities within an established international business.

Based at the UK headquarters, hybrid work is available with occasional home working. The successful candidate will be the main contact for UK HR matters, liaising with the Head Office and ensuring accurate records

Qualifikationen

• Experience as HR Advisor/Officer/Generalist with knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary procedures and grievances.
• Experience with HR administration, employee records, recruitment and onboarding.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HR systems.
• Review and update HR policies and the employee handbook to ensure UK compliance.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers on absence management, including return-to-work procedures.
