WorkNest is seeking a passionate HR Consultant to support a portfolio of clients with practical, people-focused HR advice across employment law, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and organisational change.

You'll draft contracts, policies and handbooks, calculate holiday entitlements, conduct investigations, support hearings, and deliver training, while growing your HR career within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Solid generalist HR experience gained in-house or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards this.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, tailored HR advice across a wide range of matters.
• Draft contracts, policies and staff handbooks for clients.
• Calculate pro-rated holidays and redundancy entitlements.
• Conduct investigations and support hearings.
• Deliver training and drive process improvements.
