Job summary

Mosaic Recruitment is seeking a friendly, proactive Business Development Manager to join our small, independent team. This flexible, part-time role is fully remote, with a competitive day rate and a strong commission structure.

You’ll reach out to construction, property and interiors clients, book meetings, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers. Previous sales or recruitment experience is welcome, but the right attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in business development, telesales or recruitment.
• Able to demonstrate a strong sales background.
• Comfortable speaking to people and turning conversations into opportunities.
• Experience in construction, property or recruitment is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Researching and approaching potential new clients across construction, property and commercial interiors sectors.
• Making outbound calls, introducing Mosaic and arranging meetings with prospective clients.
• Building relationships with decision-makers and identifying recruitment opportunities.
• Following up on conversations and keeping track of potential business.
• Working closely with us to grow our client base and secure new recruitment partnerships.
