• Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, business development, or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective client companies using approved sources.
• Make outbound contact by phone, email and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the recruitment team.
• Manage client relationships through to a closed placement (Set-and-Close track).
• Log all activity accurately in the CRM.
