Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a part-time Business Development Executive to identify and contact businesses across the UK, generating opportunities with a flexible, home-based schedule.

You'll conduct outbound calls, discuss needs with decision-makers, and arrange meetings while building lasting relationships. Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, recruitment knowledge a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales or business development.
• Personable, confident, organised and able to work independently.
• Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Not a hard-sell approach; focus on building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and contacting potential business customers.
• Making outbound calls and having friendly, professional conversations with decisionmakers.
• Generating interest and arranging appointments.
• Following up enquiries and developing relationships.
