Confidential is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive growth from a remote UK base. The role focuses on creating opportunities, managing campaigns and building relationships to convert interest into revenue.

Part-time position (3 or 4 days/week) with salary in the £24k–£32k range, depending on days worked. Occasional travel may be required as part of business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong WordPress website-management skills.
• Experience using MemberPress or another subscription platform.
• Experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Ability to work with the marketing team to assess content and campaigns for new clients.
• Experience managing social media, email marketing, SEO and analytics.
• Understanding lead generation, customer journeys and conversion.
• Ability to work independently and communicate complex services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business: identify target customers, research opportunities and build a pipeline.
• Drive lead generation: use LinkedIn, email, digital campaigns to generate enquiries and meetings.
• Support sales growth: build relationships and help convert leads into customers.
• Deliver marketing campaigns: plan and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other channels.
• Create engaging content: produce written, visual and short-form video content.
• Promote services: develop clear messaging and sales materials.
• Track results: monitor leads, meetings and campaign performance to deliver value.
