Job summary

Focus Cloud Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect for a major contract in the UK. The role leads solution architecture and design governance across Oracle Cloud HCM optimisation programmes, covering Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll.

You will act as the Design Authority, guiding cross‑functional teams, manage integrations and data migration, and support go‑live and hypercare while ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions across delivery workstreams.

Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle HCM experience with Fusion Cloud implementations.
Proven ability to lead architecture design, governance and cross‑functional delivery.
Strong knowledge of Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll in Oracle HCM.
Experience guiding design authority and architecture governance across multiple workstreams.
Experience in SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and production support.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture, design governance and technical decision‑making across multiple workstreams.
Define and review integrated solutions across Benefits, Pensions, Absence Management and Payroll.
Act as the Design Authority to ensure scalable, maintainable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Provide architectural guidance across Fast Formula, configuration, integrations, reporting, security and data migration.
