The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for the UK, with hands-on experience in UK public sector payroll, pension, and absence workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for Absence and Payroll in the UK
• Proficient in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud for UK Public sector clients

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Absence and Payroll modules for UK clients.
• Lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
• Guide projects through the SDLC to ensure smooth delivery and top system performance.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support UAT and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR).
• Utilise HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader in delivery.
