Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Technology Architect to lead workforce transformation. You will own end-to-end business architecture across Oracle Fusion HCM, payroll, Orbit, and BI, partnering with executives to translate strategy into scalable solutions.

The role combines stakeholder engagement, design governance and program leadership to deliver change, adoption and benefits realization across HR processes and integrations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in business architecture or large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience engaging directly with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of HR, workforce management, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Demonstrated experience defining future-state operating models and business architectures.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements discovery and business design activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the business architecture for the workforce transformation programme.
• Develop future-state workforce operating models aligned to strategic objectives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, user journeys, processes, technology, governance and service outcomes.
• Establish traceability from business requirements through to delivered functionality.
• Drive consistency across multiple User Organisations and stakeholder groups.
• Act as the senior business-facing representative for the programme.
• Build trusted relationships with Executives, Workforce Directors, HR Leaders and Operational Managers.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, decision forums and executive reviews.
