Job summary

The Pure Gold Company is seeking a reliable, organised Service & Operations Executive for a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover in the wholesale operations team. The role focuses on end-to-end execution, data entry, and transaction processing to keep global client services running smoothly.

Hours span UK time, with shifts covering 1pm–1:30am and 5pm–1:30am as directed. The role offers a fully remote arrangement with potential for extension depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments with ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and managing priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Onboard new clients and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Manage partner accounts and provide detailed purchase/invoice information.
• Process transactions, data entry, and documentation (POs, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases with accurate records.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of precious metals.
