Job summary

The Pure Gold Company in London is seeking a Service & Operations Executive to deliver exceptional customer service and hands-on operational support. You will manage client accounts, onboarding, and documentation while coordinating logistics for precious metals.

You will join a growing team, contributing to process improvement and cross-functional projects. A hybrid work arrangement and a focus on accuracy, reliability, and client satisfaction are core to the role.

Qualifications

• An organised planner with excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM and client onboarding processes is preferred.
• Interest in precious metal markets and financial investments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage client accounts and provide detailed information about investments and status.
• Handle general client inquiries to foster positive relationships and retention.
• Provide top quality customer care, relationship management, and logistical support.
• Process transactions, data entry, and manage documentation (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases for accurate inventory and operations records.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of precious metals with secure transport.
• Take, process and hedge orders through Salesforce.
• Assist wider team and support operations/projects as needed.
• Proactively deliver customer service and solutions.
