Job summary

The Pure Gold Company is seeking a Service & Operations Executive for a fixed-term maternity cover. The role combines operational delivery, data entry, and client service across global logistics for a wholesale gold and silver brokerage.

Expect end-to-end execution, compliance, and strong cross-team collaboration. Based in the UK, this remote role requires flexibility across UTC-0 and UTC-8 hours, with shifts from 1pm to 1:30am or 5pm to 1:30am as directed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Onboard clients and ensure documentation and compliance are met.
• Manage partner accounts and provide account status details.
• Provide operational support to senior leadership on initiatives.
• Process transactions, data entry, and documentation (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases for accurate records.
• Identify process improvements and implement changes.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of precious metals.
• Process and hedge orders via Salesforce system.
• Data entry and clerical support for operations and projects.
• Support wider team as needed and deliver high-quality customer care.
