The Pure Gold Company is seeking a reliable, organised Service & Operations Executive on a part-time basis to support operations in its wholesale division. The role focuses on end-to-end execution, data entry, transaction processing, and maintaining accuracy across global compliance requirements.

You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless, compliant delivery of client services. This 6-month fixed-term maternity cover offers remote working with optional London office, 20

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with ownership for outcomes.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Capable of autonomous work with sound judgement and maturity.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement and efficiency.
• Strong administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Manage partner accounts and provide purchase and status details.
• Process transactions and manage related documentation (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases; support operational initiatives and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
• Take ownership of operational issues from identification to resolution.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of precious metals for clients.
• Process orders via Salesforce; perform data entry and clerical support.
• Support wider team as needed.
