Qualifications

• Proactive in delivering customer service and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding new clients and ensure documentation/compliance.
• Manage client accounts and provide investment/information details.
• Address general client inquiries to foster positive relationships.
• Provide customer care, relationship management, and logistical support.
• Process orders, data entry, and manage documents (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases for accurate records.
