Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the North of the UK, working remotely. You will manage a full sales cycle, build relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities while reporting to the Head of Sales.

You will travel 2-4 days per week with occasional overnight stays, and you will be on a strong commission structure plus a car allowance, salary reviews and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and managing a full sales cycle.
• Experience in technical/engineering markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within the North of the UK.
• Identify, research and develop new business opportunities.
• Take full ownership of the regional sales budget and perform account management duties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers.
