Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager (Leisure Homes / Field) to drive new business across a North East regional patch. This remote, field-based role offers autonomy to manage your desk, develop accounts and close sales across the Leisure Homes range.

You will build relationships with a diverse client base, identify opportunities, and own the full sales cycle while enjoying uncapped commission, training, progression, a company car and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or similar, selling leisure products preferred.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
• Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle and developing accounts.

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar looking for an autonomous, field based role within a long-established manufacturer of Leisure Homes where you will work with a diverse client base in a role offering uncapped commission to greatly increase your earnings?

This company are a long-established manufacturer of Leisure Homes with a loyal and growing client base built over 80 years. They have a broad presence across the UK and Ireland, and due to an exciting period of growth are looking to grow their sales team.

In this varied role you will have full autonomy to manage your own desk and diary as you work to identify and win new business opportunities across a regional patch. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle in addition to developing existing client relationships as you work out on the road daily and have an input on sales strategy.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar looking for a flexible, field based role with the chance to upskill yourself and major opportunities to increase your earnings through uncapped commission.

The Role:

• Sell Leisure Homes and associated products to a broad client base
• Identify new business opportunities
