Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North of the UK. Working remotely from home, you will manage a full sales cycle, build relationships with existing customers and win new opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will travel 2-4 days per week, including occasional overnight stays, and you will own the regional sales budget while collaborating with engineering, marketing and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Happy to travel and stay away when needed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated to hit goals/targets.
• Excellent at building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing portfolio of customers.
• Identify, research and develop new business opportunities.
• You will be on the road visiting customers 2-4 days per week, working from home on the remaining days.
• Periodic/occasional overnight stays required.
• Take full ownership and accountability for the regional sales budget.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
