Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a New Client Sales Manager to grow the security business across the UK. This is a remote role with proximity to London and a focus on identifying opportunities, prospecting, and converting leads through consultative, technical sales.

You will manage forecasts, maintain a robust pipeline, and build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders to exceed sales targets. A background in electronic security sales, consultative selling, and a UK driving license are

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronic security sales.
• Consultative/solution selling approach with technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new security business from clients to exceed sales targets.
• Respond to and track all leads; maintain forecasts and quote banks.
• Maintain relationships with key customers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Present contracts and paperwork; manage pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by the company.
