Job summary

WeMaintain invites a Lead NetSuite Engineer to take full ownership of NetSuite across four countries. The role is open to Europe-based remote work, with the possibility to work from our four offices.

You will take over from an external partner, ship changes weekly, and build a reliable platform that supports how the business actually operates. Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience in-house or via partner
• Ability to own the platform, make decisions and ship rapidly
• Strong professional English communication across teams
• Experience with multi-country finance and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite end-to-end: configuration, workflows, SuiteScript and integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and stakeholders across countries.
• Decide with the business and ship improvements, balancing scope and value.
• Identify data gaps, implement guardrails and streamline processes.
• Evaluate alternative tools and integrations to augment NetSuite.
