Job summary

WeMaintain is hiring a Lead NetSuite Engineer to own NetSuite end-to-end, currently the sole in-house NetSuite resource, reporting to the CIO within Product & Engineering. The role is open to candidates remote from Europe, with collaboration across Finance and Supply Chain teams in multiple regions.

You will drive configuration, workflows, and integrations, shipping changes weekly rather than quarterly. You’ll balance build work with process improvements, arbitrate requests with the business,

Qualifications

• Own NetSuite end-to-end, including configuration, workflows and integrations.
• Decide with the business and ship; arbitrate between requests and tools.
• In-house NetSuite ownership from day one with minimal initial team support.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite end-to-end: configuration, workflows, SuiteScript, integrations.
• Decide with the business, arbitrate requests, and ship solutions.
• Say no when a simpler, higher-value option exists; avoid scope creep.
• Split your week between build work and process improvements (e.g., close, reconciliations).
• Explore alternatives beyond NetSuite when needed to improve efficiency.
