Job summary

Utility Warehouse Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Advisor to handle inbound calls from customers, landlords and new occupiers, offering appropriate products and achieving sales targets. The role is remote with 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday 8:15 am to 5:45 pm, roughly 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Salary is £26,850 plus commission. You will need strong sales and service skills, active listening and persuasiveness, plus resilience to meet KPIs and grow account relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and service roles, handling inbound customers.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPI targets.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Confident, motivated and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from UW customers, landlords, and new occupiers.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate UW products and services.
• Meet call handling KPIs (minimum 5 calls per hour, 90% adherence) and sales targets.
• Participate in training, upskilling sessions and team huddles.
