Job summary

Utility Warehouse is hiring an Advisor for remote-based work in the United Kingdom. The role involves handling inbound calls from existing customers, landlords, and new occupiers, delivering sales and service with KPI targets and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and meet KPIs (5 calls per hour, 90% adherence).
• Hit sales targets such as Move In or Retention conversions.
• Go through outstanding tasks and callbacks.
• Attend training and upskilling sessions.
• Participate in team huddles.
