REPLUG is seeking an experienced Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager to join our fast-growing international agency. You will launch, scale, and optimise mobile performance campaigns for clients ranging from subscription apps to games, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and creative collaboration.

You will manage campaigns across social, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and DSPs, while deepening expertise in MMPs and attribution.

Competenze

• 3+ years of proven success in managing paid user acquisition for mobile apps.
• In-depth knowledge of main MMP tools (Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, etc.) and tracking/attribution.
• Knowledge to set up Apple's SKAdNetwork.
• Familiar with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or other BI tools.
• Strong reporting skills to show results to clients.
• Good presentation skills with Google Slides/PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and a mindset to improve.
• Self-driven, proactive with deadlines and able to raise flags early.
• Fluent in English; additional languages welcome.
• Basic understanding of ASO strategies.
• Experience with Claude, Canva, Midjourney, CapCut is valued.

Mansioni

• Set up and manage performance advertising campaigns on major Paid Social platforms.
• Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage and analyze campaigns on main Mobile DSPs (Applovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity).
• Handle MMP setup for proper monitoring.
• Create and update performance reports using Google Sheets, Data Studio, Tableau.
• Analyze and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns to hit client goals.
• Prepare creative briefs for the graphics team for fresh creatives.
• Use UGC tools to identify top creators to promote apps.
• Explore AI tools to improve creative production and advertising processes.
• Respond to client questions on campaigns, performance and setup.
• Own account targets and KPIs, flag risks early with concrete proposals.
• Advise clients on tracking & analytics topics (SKAN, MMP, Attribution).
