Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager in the United Kingdom to lead performance campaigns across major social platforms and search channels. You will own campaigns for mobile apps, scale through data-driven insights and collaborate with a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid mobile UA experience.
• Experience with MMP platforms: Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava.
• Strong tracking, attribution and measurement knowledge.
• SKAdNetwork (SKAN) experience.
• BI/reporting tools: Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency with Slides/PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach.
• Fluent English; additional languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Snapchat, TikTok and more.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns.
• Launch and optimize DSP campaigns (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity).
• Coordinate MMP setups for accurate measurement.
• Create reports using Google Sheets, Data Studio, Tableau; track KPIs.
• Continuously analyze campaigns and implement improvements.
• Prepare creative briefs for graphics and source UGC creators.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve production and workflows.
• Explain performance trends to clients and own account KPIs.
• Advise on SKAN, attribution and measurement topics.
