REPLUG is a Mobile Revenue Growth partner focused on turning mobile into measurable revenue streams across app publishers and brands. We seek an experienced Mobile Paid User Acquisition Manager to lead campaigns, optimize attribution, and report performance for a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll manage campaigns on social, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs, work with MMPs, and ensure data-driven decisions. Remote EU-friendly with strong growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in managing paid user acquisition channels for mobile applications.
• In-depth knowledge of main Mobile Measurement Partners tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava).
• Know how to set up Apple's SKAd network.
• Familiar with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or other BI tools.
• Strong reporting/presentation skills using Google Slides, Keynote or PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; other languages welcome.

Responsabilités

• Set up and manage performance campaigns on major Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage campaigns on main Mobile DSPs (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity).
• Handle MMP setup to ensure proper monitoring by the Mobile UA team.
• Create/update performance reports using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Tableau.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with graphics for creative briefs and use UGC tools for creators.
