Red Interactive, part of Super Group, is seeking a Senior Mobile Specialist to lead mobile growth across multiple brands and international markets. You will drive acquisition strategy, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Product, CRM and Analytics teams to improve attribution and lifetime value.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to budget planning and forecast initiatives, and play a key role in ASO and cross-channel optimization within a fast-paced digital marketing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field
• 4+ years’ experience in mobile marketing, app acquisition or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing large-scale multi-channel mobile app acquisition campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Apple Search Ads
• Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer and understanding of attribution, incrementality, SKAN and privacy-focused measurement
• Experience managing performance against CPA, ROAS, retention and customer lifetime value
• Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or Power BI
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimise mobile acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, mobile ad networks and emerging channels
• Develop mobile growth strategies across multiple brands and international markets
• Drive performance against CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention targets
• Analyse campaign and customer data to uncover growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency
• Partner with Product, CRM, Analytics and Marketing Effectiveness teams to improve attribution, onboarding, activation and lifetime value
• Lead testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing experiences and app store assets
• Support App Store Optimisation (ASO) initiatives alongside SEO and Product
• Mentor Mobile App Advertising Specialists and contribute to budget planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives
