Job summary

Core Highways Group is hiring a Business Development Manager (Midlands) to drive growth across the region with focus on new and retained business. This remote role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with the Win Work team to develop opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure profitable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in BD, customer relationships, and bid leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, account management and bidding.
• Able to set strategy and allocate resources to meet regional goals.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Midlands region profitably with the Regional Director.
• Identify, prioritise and win local opportunities.
• Generate sales leads and pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Provide monthly, weekly and daily performance reporting.
• Support bid processes with commercial input.
• Own key customer relationships as KAM.
