Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at a Department Manager/Assistant Manager level or previously a Store Manager of a smaller store.
• Passionate about tailoring and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in communicating financial targets and performance to the team.
• Support the sales team in achieving individual targets and driving growth.
• Lead weekly meetings, recruit, train, and appraise staff with HR support.
• Manage stock, visual merchandising, and security to protect store assets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly to maintain high standards.
