Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at a Department Manager/Assistant Manager level or previously.
• Passionate about tailoring with a desire to increase knowledge.
• Immaculately presented and punctual, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.

• To assist the Store Manager in communicating financial targets and performance to the team.
• Support the sales team in achieving individual targets and business development initiatives.
• Lead on customer service, staff development, and maintaining retail standards.
• Complete weekly trade reports with key information and opportunities.
