Gieves & Hawkes is seeking a Store Manager to lead the flagship store and drive performance across luxury ready-to-wear and made-to-measure offerings. You will manage daily operations, develop a high-calibre team, and promote an outstanding client experience on Savile Row.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail, strong leadership, and a passion for tailoring. Expect a dynamic environment with a focus on sales targets, CRM, and brand presentation.

Formación

• Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee efficient running and operation of the store.
• Develop and grow ready-to-wear and made-to-measure areas.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets and KPIs.
• Maintain brand ambassador standards and corporate values.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales care.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure visual merchandising standards.
