Job summary

Gieves & Hawkes, No.1 Savile Row, seeks a Store Manager to lead operations, grow ready-to-wear and made-to-measure divisions, and drive exceptional customer service. You will manage a high-performing team, achieve financial targets, and embody the brand's heritage and values.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury retail at a senior level, strong people management, and a passion for tailoring. English proficiency and a polished, professional appearance are essential for success in this

Qualifications

Minimum of 3/5 years' experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at an Assistant Manager or Store Manager level.
Passion for driving new business & networking with business/individuals.
Clear, concise, polite communication essential.
Expert in people management & improving team performance.
Passionate about tailoring, with a desire to increase this knowledge.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the efficient running and operations of the store.
To Develop and grow the ready-to-wear & made-to-measure areas of the business.
To Market & network Gieves & Hawkes locally & regionally
To lead, develop and manage an outstanding team who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
To achieve and exceed set financial targets and KPI's
To always be an ambassador of the brand and key corporate values
To achieve set financial targets on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis
To liaise with and update the Regional Manager regarding all financial targets and weekly reports relating to the department.
To ensure that the sales team are updated daily with progress on the weekly, monthly and year to date performance and tasked accordingly
To maintain KPI metrics including conversion, ATV, UPT and CRM Data Capture for store and team
To deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent levels of store presentation
To monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Merchandising/Planning
To train and develop staff, conduct meetings, and uphold brand image
To motivate the team through objectives, feedback and discipline as required
To ensure health and safety compliance in-store
To plan localised events with Regional/Marketing teams and manage guest invitations
To uphold Fraser Group benefits and store standards
