Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer, combining top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction.
• Experience in the crypto space is required; familiarity with SOC2 and GDPR compliance is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to legal challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on product development, privacy, data protection, and intellectual property matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and technology transactions.
• Support compliance initiatives, counseling teams on legal and regulatory implications of proposed transactions.
• Advise on global employment matters, including policy development and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to resolve cross-border legal issues.
