Job summary

Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a Learning & Development Apprentice to support the Safety, Wellbeing and Development service. You will work on a range of learning activities, including coaching, digital skills, health and wellbeing, and staff development.

A weekly day on the apprenticeship and collaboration with the coordinator are essential. You will develop IT and data skills, create learning content, manage records, and assist with events and logistics while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to complete Level 2 Maths and English.
• Will complete Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over two years.
• Spend one day each week on the apprenticeship.
• Work closely with the apprenticeship coordinator and college assessor.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of learning and development activities.
• Assist with coaching, mentoring and digital skills delivery.
• Create PowerPoint slides and learning materials.
• Record financial information and maintain learning records in the LMS.
• Capture and analyse data and produce accurate reports.
